Name differ on experience letters

I have received my invitation I have shown banking experience but in my first three years experience they have spelled wrong name in all stubs and relieving letter from my salary accounts my name as per invitation is Chatna Sehgal but in all bank documents it’s either Chetna sehgal or Chetna Shegal. My bank can not change post relieving records.
What is the solution to this what can be done

If changing the letters is absolutely not possible, I guess the only way to go is an affidavit.

My have applied PR in 2006 . got rejected in 2007 .... reason was misrepresented . i have only file No BXXXXXXXXX . now in 2018 he isapplying EE as a dependent.... after filling the web forms ... there is a question... Have u ever applied before ... the answer is yes .... then it is asking for UCI No . which i dont have .... i have file no .... what should i fill in this coloum . ..... I am the first applicant can you guide

UCI number is optional. They can find the file based on the applicant's other details. Provide the month/year and file number in the box where they ask for more details.

But while filling the form if we do not write uci no it does not go on the next page so as we have selected that there was refusal
