I recently received nomination letter from Ontario Nominee Program .
In the excitement of receiving the nomination , I forgot to mention my middle name while registering , long story short , my name does not match as in my passport .
I have not yet submitted my application . Should I submit my application and fill the correction form , or is there any other way to do it .
