Hi everyone,
I finally have my oath ceremony on 26 April.
Now the problem is, when I had received my PR card my full name was written in the column of last name because in my home country passport my full name was manually written as one name only. The first and middle name columns are blank. I never got my PR card corrected as it never caused any problem. So when I was applying for citizenship I wrote my full name in my last name box and nothing in the first and middle name boxes as it said to write the name exactly as it is on the PR card.
Now I want to know is that after the oath they give you a citizenship certificate and if my name is written the same way, should I ask them to correct it then and there. Will they accept it. I don't want my name to be written incorrect in my passport and then go through the name change process. Anyone who has had their name corrected at the time of oath?
