Name changed after marriage, what to do i this case.

Hi, My wife name changed after marriage, now the passport, marriage certificate, voter card & aadhaar card has the updated name but all her education & job experience documents (prior to marriage) has the old name. What should be done in this case. Will i required to get an affidavit to support this. Please suggest. Thanks in advance.
