Name change issue - Need help

Dear all,

My name is spelled as Sanker Krishnan on all my documents. But on my old passport which was taken while I was a minor the name is mentioned as Shanker Krishnan (With an H). This was an error and I got it corrected when I took my current passport. I have not used the old passport to travel anywhere.

On my current passport's observation page it is written as "Holder was previously known as Shanker Krishnan"

Will this cause any issue on my application? Do i need to show the old passport name in aliases or should I just write a LOE

no issues. they will ask for scan copies of current and old passport. Dont worry.

No need. You have changed from old name to new name.
If you opted for Alias, then only mention it.
