Hi All,
Hope everyone is well. I have question before I apply for Citizenship.
I read through the article related to this: Change Name , but the the scenarios described are people changing their name after landing with PR status.
When I applied for my PR, I had submitted my change name documents at that time.
Timeline of Name Change:
XXX-2009: Old Passport / Birth Certificate had old incorrect middle name [ All other documents (Work/Education] always reflected correct middle name since the beginning]
2010: New passport: Always had correct middle name
2013: Student - Visa: Correct Middle Name
2016: Work Permit: Correct Middle Name
2017: PR - Submission: Submitted Name change documents (Birth certificate reflecting correct middle name)
2017: PR - Received PR Card with Correct Middle Name
2019 - Citizenship application : Do I need to re-submit the Name change documents for this application?

- My PR card has the correct updated name.
- My Current passport also has the current updated name as well (Same document was used during submission for PR)
