I have applied for sinp and hopefully will get nomination within few months. one of my family member want to apply for new passport with adding surname in his new passport. I therefore want to know whether should we go for name change before applying to CIC or just avoid it. As there will be minor difference in name mentioned in Nomination letter and CIC application . Can this create any problem.
