Nairobi visa office. Timeline for applicant before the new law.

I applied in Sept 06. Got my file number and prcessing started in Jan 07. Received a letter in Nov 08 (dated Oct) that this was my last chance to withdraw my application, after this they would request for my updated info. Its March 09 and nothing yet. Should I be worrried? What will be the next step from here?

The queue is long and slow moving. One character we have learnt to cultivate is patience. Nairobi applicants at the following site are waiting for 2004 applications to be processed.
