NAFTA professional work permit program

Hi all,

I'm a New Zealand citizen and my wife is a US citizen.

We're looking at the NAFTA professional work permit program option, but have a couple of questions:

- Could the job offer for my wife be for part-time employment?
- How would we eventually gain permanent residence via this route?
