Hello everyone,
My name is Ryan and its my first time posting (kind cross over post) on this forum. Heres the situation, I am born and raised in the USA and am the owner of my distribution business. I would like to expand the business out to Canada. I have done some research and it seems under NAFTA there is the intra-company transfer startup program in which executive members can get a temporary work permit to come in to Canada and setup shop. The permit than can be extended after a year after successfully staffing the new operation with Canadian citizens. I was hoping to see if anyone on the board has gone thru the process and would care to elaborate on the procedure and there experience.
Thank You
Ryan
