MyCIC - account locked out!

Hello;

There were a couple of typos in the answers for the security questions (identify validation) and, as a result, my mom's family sponsorship application has been locked out. The error message says that "our account has been locked. You are no longer able to recover your account online".

Any ideas how to unlock her account? Do I need to link her application again?

Create a new mycic account and then link it
