my younger sister in Canada send me invitation on medical reason

my sister is pregnant she have some difficulty and she need extra care because his first son is also just two year old so she want invite me for three months for care she get latter from his doctor also, my sister and his Canadian husband both not any permanent job but me and my husband have contracting business and we have lot of money to support our self i want to ask where is better chance for me i apply just two weak visit visa r i apply for three months for her care. please help me

Care for somebody else is considered work. You need a work permit instead of a visit visa.

Say you are visiting for two weeks. Don't mention anything about taking care of your sister.
