they say that they are doing background check but I don't know how long that will take.
the information I get on IRCC IS

  2. We started processing your application on September 27, 2016.
  3. Medical results have been receive.
  4. can anyone had same situation explain to me when this bad situation will end up?

It really depends on how long it takes for your wifes background to clear. Remember, CIC is relaying on CSIS to generate the background information via reciprocal information with her home country. If her home country is slow in giving the information out, then your sponsorship process will be slow to finalize. If your wife was affiliated with any government agencies in her home country, that can cause a delay. So can it cause a delay if she was of a higher rank in the military.

What I'm trying to say is that once her background check is completed, then her application will be finalized and you will get an answer. I'm sorry there is not a definitive answer to give you here, but it really involves multiple government agencies to get all this together. Just try to be patient a bit longer, you'll get there.
