My wife is one month a month pregnant

Good evening
My wife is a month pregnant and i will be sending her application on monday for the processing. In the application, there is a question that ask" Are either of you pregnant"? Which i said yes. My questions are
1. Will the application be put on hold till she give birth to our child because of medical (x-ray)
2. Will CIC allow us to do the medical n wait for the xray after our child is born?
3. Will they continue to do the other processes even tbough she is pregnant?
We are both not in a rush as we care for the safety of our child. Thank you for your help

1. She won't get COPR until a full medical check has been completed, which includes x-rays. IRCC typically holds applications until the x-rays are completed.
