My wife is a US citizen. We live in one of the gulf countries in middle east for work. Anyway, instead of going to USA we would like to move to Canada under federal skilled worker program. What negatives or positives effects to our case would it be since my wife is a US citezen ? Is it possible ro apply for it or they will deny it because they would think that USA is what I’m more eligible for ?
Note/ I have met the points required for skilled worker program, so systemically i’m eligible for applying.
