My WES report is expired. how can i proceed for my Express entry I already got invite and only 17 days remain to submit the application

I have got my WES report on October 2014. I got invite in 2020. I have checked in WES that if i order duplicate copy of my WES report to IRCC, it will extend the validity for other 5 years.

In this case what should i need to mention in the cover letter? Also i have ordered the duplicate copy to IRCC, so which date i need to mention of my report? is it the date which ordered a new report or the old report?
