My visa will be expired before I enter to Canada. Please help me

Hi , I had to defer my intake (September 2022) due to visa delay. It's a 8 months program and next semester will be started on September 2023. I got my PPR on Nov/9/2022 after defer my intake. I uploaded the new LOA to IRCC before get the PPR and sent the new LOA with passport stamping. Unfortunately my visa has been stamped from Nov /9/2022 to July/13/2023. It will be expired before next intake September 2023 . What should I do now ? Please help me to solve this I m really stress .
