i aplled visitor visa from india delhi off line file submiited vfs on 5 feb and refusel on 10 feb,my cousin sponser me from canada. i have saving account near about 15000$ with good entry and my travel history dubai,malaysia,australia and refugel reason1. purpose of visit 2.financial status. 3.travel history, plz advise me what i do ?

Did you provide them with some documents that prove you have strong ties with your home country, like title deed, labour contract, payslip, marriage certificate, your children, your parents etc.? Those documents will help you show the intention of going back home after Canada trip.
