My visa got refused recently for sept intake so i requested for gic refund 2 days back but now i changed my mind and requested them by mail to cancel my refund as i want to reappky for jan intale but my travel agent is saying they are not sure that they will accept ur request and it will be refunded. But the refund will take about 60 days and i will be very late to apply again for my student visa and its difficult to collect money in that much time again so what should i do. Will they accept my req

Try to call the bank and talk to them directly you'll have a better chance of them accepting your request. No harm in trying, ignore your travel agent and call.
