My visa application

Hello,

We applied a Canadian TRV and for one month now we haven't heard from them..we are student so we applied through a company as the company is to assist as.. first the company got was for them to provide a waiver form which they made all of us provide and they sent it back to them.is now one month and some days we haven't receive anything and all they keep saying is being processed. The company already booked accommodation and flight for us.

The company shouldn't have booked accommodation and flights until the visa is approved.

Visas can take a long time. From what country are you applying? Unfortunately, only your travel company can really tell you what's going on.

We applied from Ghana on the 31 of April and the embassy replied by asking for the waiver form from all of us and that was somewhere around 21th may..after sending them that waiver form we haven't heard from them..the company keep tracking and is always on process. They even sent cse to them still no reply..the accommodation was booked and flight reserve. The company assured us we will still get visa. Am a little confused.
