I got my study permit extension and applied online for the TRV, after one month of waiting I had urgent case in my home country and I left Canada. After that I receive a letter from NY Canada office asking for more information, when I checked with CIC call center, they said my case transferred to NY Canada office and I sent all the requirements. After 45 days they sent a reply asking me to submit temporary Resident Visa application to VAC office??. I am totally confused, and don’t know what to do. Currently I am in my country which is not part of NY VAC region!!
