MY TRV APPLICATION NEEDS FURTHER REVIEWS

Hello all,
my application rejected 3 times before. my husband, my brother and I applied on june2019. all application got rejected on July due to family ties. we all appeal against the refusal by reply to the same email from Ankara office, and with the same document I had, I reapply online 3days after my refusal letter in July to visit my brother in Canada. my brother also applied online two weeks after me with new documents to attend a competition in Canada as well as visit my brother.

My brother is citizen of Canada, and he requested his Member of parliament to check our application with IRCC as its more than a month and I haven't hear from them. this is the answer of IRCC to MP:

'The TRV applications of your sister and brother need further review – which means, the applications became non-routine and IRCC cannot give a timeframe for the completion."

any one have same experience? what does it mean that they need FURTHER REVIEW and ITS NON RUTINE file now.

I appreciate if you can help...We are from Iran.

May be embassy is cross checking the details which you had given from their internal source.

Thank you, but the link you sent me is not about visitor visa. I did lots of research and nothing found for TRV to call non routine or what they look as further review. The only thing I can think is BC, which they can say we are doing BC and not needs further review, or checking our documents like our asset, work or Bank which is not too easy as there is no embassy of Canada in Iran and our application is with embassy of Canada in Turkey.
