My Title changes from Sr Programmer Analyst - Project Lead

Hi Guys / Seniors,

I am applying CEC under NOC code 2174. I took the position of Sr Programmer Analyst and recently I am promoted to the Project Lead.

My job duties and responsibilities are same and so that is not an issue.

I have mentioned everywhere as Sr Programmer analyst ... is that a problem? My employer letter also mentions as Sr programmer Analyst.

Please advise?

Hi Bahadur, If you are promoted, then attach the copy of the promotion letter and of course you need to mention your new job title.

OR

Don't mention any thing about the promotion

Thats correct, I am not mentioning anything on promotion front. Even the employer reference letter that I got mentions Ar Programmer analyst...

The only place where Project Lead is mentioned is my Salary Slip. Will that be an issue?

I am happy if VO comes back for an explanation ...but can he do a rejection?

Yes Jhonny,

Its on company letter head / including, my salary / 37.5 hours per week ..etc etc ..Job duties mentioned clearly .and everything on company Letter head issued by HR department of the company.

I guess they will match and verify the NOC (~2174) with job duties and responsibilities ..not with the title....
