I am an international student who previously studied in university in Toronto. However, due to my bad academic performance, I got suspended almost 3 years ago and therefore my study visa is already expired now. As I am eligible to enroll back to the university in this may. I want to go back and finish my study. I have also concerned about my bad marks from university so I applied for a new college for a 3-year program in order to get the visa. However, the visa officer just rejected me with the reason for purpose of study. Hence, I am wondering if there is a way for me to go back and finish my study?
btw, i have a US green card to travel and stayed canada before so i am not sure if that will affect my application so i didnt mention about it (i didt overstay every time when i went). would the green card help me with getting my visa this time? I sincerely want to go back and finish my degree as i have wasted so much time already
