My Study Permit & TRV of Spouse & Kids Same Time

Hi all,

I would like to apply study permit visa and TRV of spouse & Kids in the same time because we want to go to Canada in the same and one month later, my husband will come back to home country for working and my Kids may stay with me in Canada. Is it possible?
