Hi my name is Paul and i have been refused twice for my study permit. The first time it was said that i didn't have sufficient funds to satisfy the immigration officer that i could attend school. This is untrue for i have more than enough funds to support me while i am overseas for my studies. Then the second letter of refusal states that i was refused because of my academic situation and i have not satisfied the immigrations officer that i will leave canada after my schooling is done. I have no intentions of staying in Canada unlawfully after i am done school. What should be my next course of action to ensure that i am not refused a third time an that i can continue my studies in Jan 2010. Can anyone give me any advice please?
