Hi,
I have done my WES and IELTS for me & my spouse are also done with our score at 463. My birthday is on 20th of this month and my spouse's WES report is estimate to be completed on 21st (as per WES's website). After my birthday I will lose 5 points due to age and it will drop to 458.

Should I wait for the complete report of WES to be published for my spouse or I enter her ECA (Bachelors) and submit our profile for the upcoming draw? Kindly suggest.

Hi,
I understand your situation but would recommend you to please wait for your spouse ECA to be completed and then update on your express entry profile. Don't worry on losing 5 points as your CRS is still good enough to get you an ITA soon.

I assume you are the principal applicant. Go ahead and create the EE profile without the ECA. There is a question on 'has a canadian equivalent evaluation been completed for this education?'. Answer that as no (for your spouse). The CRS score without the degree may be lower, but your profile will count as being submitted earlier, which may help you with tiebreakers. Later when you receive the ECA, change the answer to 'yes' and you will automatically receive higher score. You stand a pretty good chance even with 458. Because you cannot answer that question as yes today. They will check whether you qualified for the ITA on the day of the round and may find you ineligible.
