My spouse recently entered Canada via asylum,Is it advisable for myself and children to follow suit?

My husband recently entered Canada through seeking for Asylum.I am currently in Nigeria with my two children and currently working.He is saying we should also come and seek for the asylum since we still have Valid U.S.A visa.I believe its better that we stay here while he is able to sraighten things up .Is it advisable for me to take the children and seek for asylum too.
Pls your advise will be appreciated.

Is Nigeria unsafe for you?

If you are in fact unsafe/fearing for your life in Nigeria then by all means go to Canada to seek asylum. However keep in mind that asylum is only granted to people who are at risk in their home country.
