My spouse citizenship application online status is still in process one month after test

my spouse appeased for citizenship test on June 1 2018 n it was passed. But during interview she was asked about my status as I was not in Canada due to some professional and personal job back home. Her status is still shown as in process but not as decision made. Is this normal? As I listened from few friends that their status changed to decision made after a couple of days of test. But we did not receive any RQ or any corrsioondsmce what should we do?

It's completely normal. It can sometimes take months for DM because of extended delays in background checks. Nothing to do except wait.

Thanks but we are worried as others have different status right after test. Should we approach our MP for checking the status?

Leave the MP alone..as said, nothing to worry about. And comparing your application with others is not recommended. Everyone is different, just relax and be patient.
