my sister lives in the uk, she is my twin, we are 51 years old, my mother passed away six years ago, and our father late last year passed, my sister lives in the family home alone with no other close relatives, me and my husband are Canadian citizens, and we would like my sister to come and live with us here in Calgary Alberta,she wants to work here and eventually become a Canadian like me, is this possible and if so how?
 
She would have to find a means to immigrate on her own. As you are married, there isn’t any means to sponsor her.

Canada has a number of different immigration programs. There's no real short-cut to researching (apart from hiring an immigration lawyer). I would recommend you start with the Express Entry / Federal Skilled Worker program. Given her age, you should expect it will be very difficult for her to qualify. Canada's economic immigration programs are geared towards young workers. Detailed information here:
