MY FAMILY REFUGEE PROTECTION APP WAS DENIED LAST YEAR AND WE CAME BACK HOME (GUATEMALA) 7 MONTHS AGO, WE WANT TO FIND A WAY TO GO BACK CANADA AS WE ARE SUFFERING IN ALL WAYS, PROBLEM IS I DONT KNOW WHERE TO FIND OUT HOW IS OUR STATUS IN CASE WE WANT TO GO BACK, OR IN WHAT WAY WE CAN APPLY AGAIN, PLEASE HELP AND TELL ME IF YOU KNOW A WAY!!!

Due to your failed refugee claim, you will not be approved for a tourist visa, student visa or work visa.

If you wish to return to Canada, then you will have to apply to immigrate through one of the skilled worker or provincial nominee immigration programs. You can read more about these programs here to see if you qualify to apply:

If you were deported from Canada after your failed refugee claim then you will also need an ARC to return. The ARC will be automatically processed as part of your immigration application.
