my profile has been rejected twice after ITA, which profile number to input for new profile?

I had hired a representative, they were utterly negligent and I had my profile rejected twice after ITA, now he had created my profile the third time... but has filled in the first profile's application number for reference to previous profiles. Which profile application number is to be entered? The last rejected only? Since there is only one field for input.

Shouldn't your representative know the answer to this question? Either way you can mention the most recent one and state the other rejection in a LOE and statutory questions.

Thanks for your reply! He has not been very helpful, hence hes not working for me anymore. I am just reviewing the application again and updating the changes involved. I will mention the most recent one, but do not know where I can fill in the LOE and statutory questions? Really appreciate your help!

The statutory questions are part of the forms you must fill Post-ITA.

The letter of explanation is a document you can upload once you reach the document checklist Post-ITA.
