Hello Experts,
Have I lost my PR status because I did not complete 3 out of the 5 years in Canada ? I became PR on Nov 21st 2015 and lived in Canada for 558 days . I left Canada in June 2017 to live with my husband in US . My husband is a Canada citizen and he became citizen in 2015. My husband did not work for the Canadian government.
What are my steps to return back to Canada ? Should i apply for PRTD to return to Canada first ?
After that should i apply for PR again or can i apply for citizenship based on me living with my husband in US ?
Does living with a Canadian spouse outside Canada count for the number of days for residency ?
Does my spouse who is a Canadian citizen have to be working with the below fields for my days to qualify ? I don't what what this line means "This doesn’t include employment as a locally engaged person"
Thank you again for replying.
