Dear Friends

I have sent all the docs last month and i have been asked to do medicals before this month and they have requested to send my passport. This pr process is via AEO
If i am asked to do my medicals, is it confirmed that i am reaching my PR dream?

No - it's not confirmed.

You still have to pass the medical. And you don't know if CIC has completed the security and background checks yet.

It's not confirmed until you have the stamped visa.

But my process is an Arranged Employment Process. I have already got the approval for AEO and the employer has been already contacted

In that case, will it be a problem??
