I live in Ottawa. So i sent my application to renew my PR card in october 7, 2010 .
they started processing my request in february 17, 2011.
so when i checked my status online, i find this message :
your request for a permanent resident card was approved on March 3, 2011, you will be notified by mail within four weeks and invited to pick up your card at the CIC office closest to you.
Now, we are at the end of April and i didn't get any mail from them.
Does any body have any idea why they didn't send any mail until now ?
