My pr card will expire in January 2013, I know i should have apply for renewal 7 month before the expire date...the reason why I could not is because I did not make 2 years in Canada out of 5 years, I was told by a friend that i need to wait till i make 2 years, which means i will apply to renew my pr, after 8 month of expiration...MY question is will the emigration refuse to renew me the card because of my delay,will they ask me why did not you apply on time...if i till them that i did not make 2 years at the point and i had to wait, will they still renew me the card????
