My pr card expire and im.Dot meet the physical oblication residence.I miising one year.So i will not be able to get travel doc. I wana renounce my statut and i aplay for tourist visa. But i dont know how long it take to my file close and renonce my pr.And do u i need to sbubit aplication online or send it by post

Why don't just use your expired card to go through a land border?
