Respected Sir/Madam
I received a refusal letter for my permanant residency in Canada . The reason for my refusal was that I was not able to submit my final devorce document which is due on 12/22/2014 in mm/dd/yyyy format in India . I was nominated for PNP in December 2012 which has already expired in August 2013 , Can i reapply for my permanant residency with my same application number after receiving my devorce documents right away or do i have to go through the whole PNP process again to get nominated for my permanant residence with a new application number . Also on that note my work permit is valid until october 2015 .
I wrote an email to the immigration officer about my same situation but i haven't received any information . I have been in Canada for 6 years now and i hope to see my future career here .
I'll be grateful for a reply ,
Thank you.

sorry to here that ...but i think you will have to start over and re-apply for PNP...i would suggest you to go and ask at your PNP office...they might be able to help you with this situation...

thanks

Sorry to listen that

My question why you was not able to submit the requested documents
As per my idea if you have nominated by providence then 100% chance to get pr
If you can submit the requested letter

Applying for permanent residence on a implied status

Hello everyone !!
So my question is that now I have the nomination for AINP , I have already applied for the new work permit with the same employer within Canada . Can I go ahead and apply for permanent residence on implies status since my old work permit has expired and my new work permit will take 4 months to arrive as per the cic website ? Will the immigration consider my application if I can show them that my new work permit is on process ?
Thank you
