My passport is delayed and I need it

Guys,

I am in a bit of a difficult situation - I submitted my passport for visa stamping and copr on 22 October and received that it has been approved and copr is issued on 1 November - I still have not received the passport and I need it urgently for an exam on 5th of December. I've been studying for over a year for the exam, will forfeit the fees etc. It is really bad!

Is there any way to follow up the embassy except for the webform, because I sent two requests and no answer! Can I call IRCC from outside Canada and let them know of the urgency?

Where was your passport submitted? Was it submitted via VFS or directly to the embassy? If it was VFS, then call VFS to see what they can do. If it was embassy, then call the embassy directly. Calling IRCC would not be of much help in this case.

Thank you for your response! I was not given the option to submit directly to the embassy, so I submitted through VFS and they have no idea whatsoever! They are like, once the embassy sends us your passport, will send it to you! I even tried calling the embassy on the telephone, but they don't direct you to any human being! Just providing information etc :/

Raise a webform and hope it works. In the meantime, try to find a direct number for the embassy and call them on it.
