My passport dispatched.

I applied in March 2020 i provided all documents including my bio. In july i got the first mail from ircc that my bio was approved for ten years but after that no more email. Suddenly in November 11 vfs mailed that my passport was dispatched though vfs Canada is still not open in person the envelope will be delivered through a courier service hopefully i am going to get it today. I am so confused and the result because 7 of us applied in the same time and got the same email. We don't know what to expect.

My passport was processed yesterday and handed over to courier partner. Now, when I am tracking the status is, "shipment returned back to the shipper". What can I do now ?
