My occupation in NOC List?

Hello everyone,

Presently I am an International Student in Canada and studying "Urban and Regional Planning - GIS TECHNICIAN diploma".

I was just looking through the NOC List, and I found that there is a separate category for Urban and Land Use Planners, but the I found the Urban Planning Technician Class under the Civil Engineering Technologists and Technicians category. I was wondering would this be a problem for me in future?

- Urban planning Technician (Requires 2 years Diploma) http://www5.hrsdc.gc.ca/NOC/English/NOC/2011/ProfileQuickSearch.aspx?val=2&val1=2231&val65=planning

Your suggestions and comments on this situation will be appreciated.

I was wondering would this be a problem for me in future?

A "problem", In what way?

NOC 2153 is Skill Level A, 2231 is Skill Level B. Both are classified as "Skilled."
