My new born son's medical done before CIC asked. Is this can cause any problem?

When I got my medical and passport request in June 2013, my wife was pregnant and she was not able to complete her medical test (X-Ray wasn't done). Myself and my elder son had completed medical test in Aug 2013. My wife delivered a baby this January and we send the new born's documents and sometimes mid February and in March my wife completed her X-Ray and the new born son also did the medical even with out no medical request from the CIC. 3 Weeks ago CIC sent us a passport request and my new born son's medical request. When I checked with the Clinic we did the medical test for my son, they said the medical result was already submitted to the CIC.

When my new born son's medical was done, the Clinic itself created a UMI number as a reference because there was no EMI number from the CIC as there was no medical request.

I sent an email with the eMedical receipt to the CIC asking for what to do, there is no reply till now.

Anyone here went through such a situation or know about it please reply

1. 2 Choices, wait for the response from the VO or do a new medical for the child. It is pretty simple for a new born. no urine, no xray, no blood tests.

I think I will do a re medical test if nothing heard from CIC for one more week.

Do you have any idea of average time for CIC to reply email.

One another thing is all ours except my son's medical expires on 4th Aug 2014 and CIC mentioned this on the passport request letter. Does this means they are more likely to issue visa before other family members visa expires?
