MY name wrongly spelled....

On my few education certificates as well as on professional certificates -my name is spelled wrong only by one alphabet- what to do??

should I give written explanation to CIO- with full documents or shud leave it as it is ? though my name is spelleD correct on MY passport and ID card.

if I shud give the written explanation - it should be on simple paper or nortorized paper ???
