My MPNP Application is Refused . What should I do now?”

Hiii All Members.......

My MPNP Application is refused last month because my sponsor previously sponsor other applicants who didnot settle successfully and permanently in manitoba as result they did not give any adaptability point to me and refused my application

also they told me to appeal within 60 days with sufficient detail of my intention to establish successfully in manitoba .

what should i do now,,????????? can anyone give suggestion on this matter...!!!!!!!!

It is unfortunate that this is the result in your case.

Did you have all your credentials (degrees) assessed?
Did you take IELTS exams?
Provide all the correct educational, employment and funding documentation?

You have to maybe write a motivation of an intention to settle there and write how exactly you plan to find a job, in what field, how you will support yourself and how you plan to progress career-wise and personally, in terms of buying property and committing to MB.

Also........if you have no other family and friends any where else in Canada you have to mention and stress on this point.

Also research your field of employment in all of MB not just where your friend lives. Show the demand your occupation will have in that town, demonstrating that you intend to establish yourself there.

Look at your lives in your home country and use that to show similarities in lifestyle and how this will make it easy for you to transition into this particular town. This is why you will not be moving away.

You don't have much time so start right away with the research on each of the communities in MB.

They will change their minds and give you the LOA. you just have to work a little harder to get it my friend

You can do this, don't ever give up, its not the end, if it was they would not give you 60 days, they will just say declined.

i have done mba in hr also have 5 yrs of experience as hr manager,ielts exam also given ,funds are are ok ,
my whole application is assessed and they give me the score and reason for refusal. .

Application guidelines that can be found on link clearly indicate that the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) may not approve an application if the program officer is not satisfied that the applicant meets the MPNP criteria. Specifically, you did not score sufficient points for consideration under the MPNP. During the course of the assessment of your application, we determined that your supporter previously supported other applicants who did not settle successfully and permanently in Manitoba. As a result, you were not awarded any points for the adaptability assessment factor and your application for nomination by the Province of Manitoba cannot be approved.
RECOMMENDATION:Not to Nominate

i have submited my file in jan-2013,and after 2yrs of waiting , im so disappointing as i have wait for too long....

can you tel me what kind of documents should i provide to make them convinced?????

Besides what I have advised already, in terms of forms I really am not sure.

Perhaps improve the language score, not sure if this will bring the score up much more.

Did your spouse take a language test as well? Does he/she have a relative/friend that can offer support?

u are not d 1 having problem, its ur sponsor thats having these problem and am very sure he or she nos dis even before u apply, canada is a country that has rules, laws and orders, did u no dat a sponsor can be banned from sponsoring immigrant, if one of the people he had once sponsored had commited a crime there, may b thats wat hapened, according to wat mpnp sent to u, how i wish they can give u a chance to change sponsor cos u have applied since 2013, dis really heart breaking,

well if u tried all posible means and there is no solution, i will advice u to do ielts again, than apply for express entry, that 1 is faster, within 1 and half year, u will be there
