my mother visitor visa refused two times ..plz help

Hi my name is divya I have applied for my mother visitor visa ..it got refused two times.

First time reason of refusal was purpose of visit.
Second time same application was submitted by explaining purpose of visit but again got refused by stating three reasons. 1 purpose of visit 2 financial and personal asset 3 not sure they will leave Canada under authorized period act R179.

Please explain and let me know what to do thanks.

She has huge property on her name worth 1 crore..also she has rented some of her property..we submitted rent agreement too..in my cover letter second time..I specified length of stay 30-45 days.also my mom is widow..but I have one elder brother married..plz help and suggest

Canadian Authority does not go by rent agreements . I faced the same issue when I tried to take my parents to Europe . You need to show sufficient bank amount if you are the sponsor. Incase it has been rejected 2 times , it's time to seriously seek for professional help . Don't take changes this time and seek expert help .David Cohen can be reached out .

I showed 16000$ as host and she along with her property worth 1crore,also showed 15 lakh rupees as bank balance..surely I would like to hav professional help..Please suggest ..

If you would like professional help then you will have to pay to hire an immigration lawyer or consultant. None of us on this forum are professionals. We are normal people just like you giving advice.
