Hi,

The processing time depends on the VO.
Where exactly you have submitted Biometrics?
Do Biometrics appear on the online application?
Processing of application would start once you are done with Medicals and Biometrics.

My mother-in-law did her biometrics in Manila, Philippines. And it syas the biometrics validity is good for 10 years. From june 2019 to june2029 according from online when i checked.

Cool, that seems good to me.
Get the medicals done, it would take few days to get the medical results updated online.
The processing time for Philippines as shown on CIC site is 37 days, once completed application is received (including Medical & Biometrics).
