My Live-In Caregiver is Pregnant

Here is my situation, and looking for advice on how/what to do.

Our live-in caregiver completed her 24 months in Oct 2011, we renewed her contract for an additional 2 yrs, I believe she got her work permit extended (though not 100% sure on this).
She applied for PR and OWP in Nov 2011. She went home for holidays in Dec 2011.

She has just notified us that she is pregnant, her husband does not live in Canada nor is a citizen, her PR application lists her husband and other child.

She has mentioned that she wants to work for us for a few more months (till about month 8 or so of her pregnancy) and then give birth in Canada and then take the Baby back to her husband, and then return to Canada to work under her OWP.

Some problems with this I can see are:
1) She has no family in Canada, so nobody to help with pregnancy/birth/new baby. (ex. driving to doctors appointments, hospital, etc.)
2) She mentioned she would like to stay with us till she returns to her home country with the baby, but the problem with that is, we need another live-in caregiver when she is not working, and we don't have the room for her to live, nor really want her to raise a baby in our house. BUT I also don't want to throw her on the street.
3) I don't know how she can afford to live and raise the child when just on EI (if she qualifies).

Some options we are considering:
1) Ask her to return to her home country when she can no longer work and delivery the baby there.
2) Ask her to leave once she quits working, so that a replacement live-in caregiver can live in the room.
3) She has proposed to start the LMO process with her sister and bring her over and they can live in the same room.

I guess at this point we are still a bit shell shocked, and looking for any helpful advice or suggestions on how to proceed.

thanks

Some problems with this I can see are:
1) She has no family in Canada, so nobody to help with pregnancy/birth/new baby. (ex. driving to doctors appointments, hospital, etc.) ---If she is a Filipina for sure lots of our fellow FIlipinos are willing to help her and she can definitely survive with that
2) She mentioned she would like to stay with us till she returns to her home country with the baby, but the problem with that is, we need another live-in caregiver when she is not working, and we don't have the room for her to live, nor really want her to raise a baby in our house. BUT I also don't want to throw her on the street. --For sure she can totally understand if you will tell her that you want to find a new Live-in; and if you give her time to find her place to move in and that you have also time to find a replacement for her. Usually takes almost 4 months processing time to apply a new LMO, WP and so on if your prospective is IN Canada but if s/he's OUTSIDE Canada for sure it takes forever )):
3) I don't know how she can afford to live and raise the child when just on EI (if she qualifies). YES she qualifies for EI and at the same time if the baby will be born here s/he will be a Canadian Citizen and qualifies also for Child Benefits and etc.

Some options we are considering:
1) Ask her to return to her home country when she can no longer work and delivery the baby there. She has Health Card in Canada so she definitely wants her baby to be born in Canada and be a Canadian Citizen
2) Ask her to leave once she quits working, so that a replacement live-in caregiver can live in the room. It's your decision if you wants her to stay or not; If you say you will hire a new one as replacement give her atleast a month or two for her to find a new place to stay.
3) She has proposed to start the LMO process with her sister and bring her over and they can live in the same room. It's still your choice if you want to hire her sister or not

I guess at this point we are still a bit shell shocked, and looking for any helpful advice or suggestions on how to proceed. Lot's of LCP's trying to find a new employer out there

thanks
