With my specific noc only half of the duties 5 out of 9 relate to the noc I'm applying under. This is the closest noc as my job title is an example title under this noc also. My job is skilled B, YET it has duties such as "may hire and train" I don't hire as I'm not a mangerial posistion though I do train. Another example is a duties "Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by dietitian or chef" I don't work in a hospital, i work in a resturant so I do not relate to that. Another title is scheduling and supervising people, once again I'm not manergial posistion I'm just a cook. However 5 out of 9 relate to the noc code, am I safe? I applied already.

I only had 4 duties written in my letter while the website has 7, yet I passed the eligibility as per my GCMS notes.. Its clearly written that you may perform all or some of the duties.. its not mandatory that you must do all inorder to hav that noc match to the job.

I was worried too, so I emailed human resources about my noc, they replied the same noc... you just have to be sure that just those duties dont make you fall under any other noc, otherwise you are safe..
