My inside Canada study permit was approved a few days ago but my approval letter doesn't say anything about my study permit

For some context: My parents are work permit holders and I currently have a visitor record. I applied for a study permit from inside Canada and it was approved 2 days ago. My application portal also mentions two documents, my study permit that's begins with a F and a work permit that begins with a U (I am guessing this is my co op work permit). My approval letter says that ircc is sending me a secure document (singular) and the type of document in my letter is my work permit. What do I do? Should I head to the airport to talk to border services? I have tried calling them but they never have any agents to talk to and the bot can only do so much.

You can’t do anything at the airport. All you can do is wait for mail service to start again.
