My IMM5257 Application Problem - please need help

Hi

I am trying to apply online for TRV I filled up the IMM 5257 application the new one (04-2015) the problem is that when i tried to type my name in the last part (sign the document) i couldn't , the bar cods are there and everything is completed. I know that there is no need for electronic signature but instead typing the name will be enough. I used to do that in the previous version of the application but not in this one
Please I need your help what should i do?

the only message that I received is
Validation completed successfully.

Please print the entire application and sign and date the last page. This page contains bar codes that facilitates data entry of your applicaton.

If you are applying online, you do not need to sign your application form by hand. You will be asked to provide an electronic signature once you are ready to transmit your documents to CIC.

Does that mean that i still need to type my name or leave it blank ? no typing no printing no signing nothing?

it clearly states that
If you are applying online, you do not need to sign your application form by hand. You will be asked to provide an electronic signature once you are ready to transmit your documents to CIC.

So in the original application form leave the signature portion blank, When you will upload the completed/filled application form in your mycic account it will then ask for your electronic signature which is usually your name to be typed in a requested box (at the time of document uploading/submitting online)
